Hup (clap) HEY! Summer Camps are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals to join our team. Whether you’re aiming to gain experience, fulfill volunteer hours, or earn a paycheck, we invite you to be part of our epic summer of circus fun in the sun!
Our camps serve students in 1st–8th grades and run for four weeks, offering a low-pressure, high-fun environment. Campers have the chance to play, explore, learn new skills, and perform! Each week ends with either a casual student-created circus showcase or an open house sharing of skills.
Volunteer & Counselor Roles
Counselor-in-Training (CIT) apply for 50 – 100% reduced tuition
- Who: Rising 7th & 8th Graders
- What: Assist with daily activities, learn camp leadership, and support staff and campers.
- Why: Build leadership skills and gain valuable experience in a supportive, playful setting. CITs with a successful camp experience will receive priority for future JC and Camp Counselor positions. Set yourself up for a future summer job—while spinning plates, globe-walking, and pratfalling!
Junior Counselor (JC) attend for free and receive volunteer hours
- Who: Rising 9th–12th Graders
- What: Support younger campers, help lead activities, and assist camp counselors.
- Why: Earn high school volunteer hours, strengthen your resume, and be a role model—while tightrope walking, nose-balancing feathers, and flinging diabolos sky-high!
Camp Counselor Paid position
- Who: Ages 17+
- What: Lead camper groups, run circus-themed activities, and help create a safe, joyful experience.
- Why: Get paid to have fun, develop professional skills, and inspire kids—while juggling knives, riding unicycles, and bouncing off trampolines!

- Dates: July 28 – August 22 (Commit to one or more weeks!)
- Times: 9am – 3pm M – F
- Location: City of Lakes Waldorf School & Fair Oaks Park, Minneapolis
